Background


We have a real shop floor experiences preparing for new manufacturing facilities but we shine when it comes to fixing manufacturing problems.

When there are problems on the shop floor it is like no other environment. All hell breaks out with the call that production can't stop and all that can be heard is "We need a fix now"! That is when our background makes the difference. We have been through this many times and have honed our skills fixing problems on the shop floor in real-time.

Below are some examples of our experiences.

  • Managing the IT operation, Help Desk technicians and IT interns, guide them with their daily tasks and tickets, plan the daily and weekly IT tasks and assign tickets to the right technician.
  • Evaluating the team strengths and weaknesses and help the team to overcome the daily obstacles and issues they are facing every day.
  • Business Application management, managing the licenses, support agreements and dealing with vendors.
  • Windows server 2008 R2/ 2012 R2/ 2016/ 2019 administration.
  • VMWare ESXI host support.
  • Application management and troubleshooting (Siemens NX, AutoCAD, Adobe, MS project, MS suite, GageTrak, SuiteFactory, Zoller).
  • Configuring and installing WAN for CNC machines using Moxa boxes and connecting all boxes to the main server, connecting the Moxa Boxes whether through Ethernet or RS-232.
  • Folder permissions management.
  • Active Directory management, managing user permission and OU’s permissions. User creation, creating security groups and distribution groups.
  • ESET Antivirus Administration.
  • Print server management/ installation and troubleshooting.
  • Office 365 Administrator. Email creation, email delegation, shared calendars creation and permissions.
  • Exchange 2010 Administrator, Email creation, email delegation, shared calendars.
  • Troubleshoot and administrate Cisco IP phones, Jive IP phones and iPhones.
  • Escalation point of contact to all help desk and desktop support tickets and issues.
  • Build, image and reimage laptops and PCs, Systems Deployment.
  • Configures, installs, modifies, and relocates desktop devices coordinating with other technical support teams to ensure user satisfaction and device operability. The scope of work can be a single device or a large- scale project involving a large number of devices.
  • Provides workstation technical support to the Information Technology organization regarding all desktop hardware and software including assisting with third party vendor application installations.
  • Researches and recommends technology solutions both individually and as a team member.
  • Manage server backups and file recovery procedures.
  • Project management.
